DESCRIPTION:Please join us for our Nevada Interfaith Association’s Bi-Annual Luncheon\, Monday\, January 8\, 2024\, at 11:30 a.m.  It will be hosted by Chaplains at the Veteran’s Administration Medical Center\, 975 Kirman Avenue\, Reno\, NV  89502 \nTwice a year\, the NIA hosts a luncheon for those members of a religious organization and for those in non-profit organizations who also serve the community. The goal is to share information about what is happening in their respective areas and to promote the event for support if needed. Guest speakers offer insights and participants share what’s going on in their community. It is an opportunity to make friends and to build camaraderie as we understand our differences but respect what we have in common and aim to support one another in exercising our religious freedom.

Portions of this service have also been selected to represent those elements of worship that are shared by all our traditions. \nOur Thanksgiving service is a beautiful way to give true meaning to the Thanksgiving Holiday. Focusing on the historical significance of Thanksgiving in music and the spoken word in multi-interfaith voices makes for a memorable evening.
