Please join Temple Sinai as we celebrate Purim! On this holiday, we retell the story of Esther, but with a bit more flair. This year we are parodying the musical, Chicago. There’s singing, dancing, and of course, food when we’re done! Costumes encouraged! March 1st 7-9pm
Note: The Book of Esther is a very adult story, with themes of sexual exploitation, trafficking, genocide, and persecution. Our retelling does not avoid these topics, although we try to laugh about them. Our spiel contains adult themes and is PG-13. Leave the kids at home, they wouldn’t get most of the jokes and you wouldn’t want to have to explain them.
