Nevada Interfaith Thanksgiving – Thirty Seventh Annual

“Giving Thanks and Praying for Peace”

Keynote Speaker: Dr. Carina Black, Northern Nevada International Center

A worship service of prayer and music from a variety of faith traditions,
sponsored by the Nevada Interfaith Association.

We have come together as God’s children to enrich our lives through an interfaith experience. During the service friends from various faiths will express praise and thanks according to their faith traditions. Portions of this service have also been selected to represent those elements of worship that are shared by all our traditions.

Our Thanksgiving service is a beautiful way to give true meaning to the Thanksgiving Holiday. Focusing on the historical significance of Thanksgiving in music and the spoken word in multi-interfaith voices makes for a memorable evening.
